Balance Associates is located in Suite C at 104 Riverside Avenue in Winthrop, on the bend of Riverside Avenue and Bluff Street. The entrance is on the Southeast end of the building.

North Cascades Highway (SR-20) closed seasonally

SR-20 is closed during the winter because of heavy snow fall. Typically it closes in November or December and it reopens in April or May, but this varies each year. To check pass conditions, please visit the WA Department of Transportation.

Our Winthrop studio has a parking lot that is shared with the businesses in the building.
