A replacement of an in city house on a sloping site in Seattle. Initially several options were investigated for remodeling the existing house, but it was determined that tearing down the existing house and starting new would be more cost effective.

The new house will have a daylight basement that will contain a garage, storage, mechanical and a room for the owner's dogs. The main floor will have a living/dining/kitchen and entertaining area as one large room with a 10' ceiling and a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a large deck. There will also be 2 bedroom/offices on this floor. The upper floor will contain the master suite with a sitting/exercise room.
